Sign in black ink on white paper using your normal running/cursive handwriting - RRB rejects block letters, capital letters and disjointed signatures. 2. Mark a 35 mm x 20 mm box on the paper, sign inside it, and scan the sheet at a minimum of 100 DPI so the signature meets the stated 140 x 60 px minimum. 3. 140 x 60 px is a stated minimum, not a fixed size - do not shrink below it even if a generic resizer defaults to an exact-size output. 4.
