Sign on white paper with a dark pen, keeping the signature horizontally aligned and not tilted. 2. Follow the official annexure: cut out the signature box and sign so the signature fills at least 80% of the box before scanning. 3. This preset follows the GD 2026 notice's 6.0 cm (width) x 2.0 cm (height) figure; third-party sites that quote a 4.0 cm width are wrong for this exam's current notice. 4. Blurred or miniature signatures are rejected, except for candidates who opted into Aadhaar-based biometric authentication during One-Time Registration. 5. This page prepares only the signature file.
