SarkariDoc resizes and checks your files in this browser. We do not upload your photo, signature, PDF, file name, Aadhaar, PAN, date of birth, phone number or application number.
- The file you make stays in this browser until you download it or refresh the page.
- We use two analytics processors, Google Analytics 4 and PostHog, to see which exam or tool page you picked and whether a file passed. Both see your IP address and set a cookie with an anonymous ID; PostHog's servers are in the United States. Neither ever receives your file, your file name, or the image itself.
- When a file is made, we log its size rounded to the nearest whole KB (never the exact byte count) so we can tell if a size preset is working. We never log file names, personal details, or the file itself.
- If a later version ever sends a file to a server, you will see that first and must agree. Originals would be deleted after processing.
- Which tool or exam page you used, and the file type you downloaded (for example PDF or JPG), are recorded against that anonymous ID. This is what tells us a page is useful — it is not linked to your name or contact details.
- You can turn analytics off for this browser at any time with the toggle below. Turning it off stops both Google Analytics and PostHog from recording anything on this device.
