Compress image to 50KB
Use the 50KB photo preset for quick form uploads, or choose 20KB from quick settings. For government exams, dimensions can matter as much as KB size, so official presets remain available in the same app.
Sign resizer
Upload a signature image and generate a compact JPG with a wide signature crop. Use 20KB or 10KB targets for generic forms. For UPSC, switch to the official triple-signature preset because the current source asks for one square image containing three vertical black-ink signatures.

Thumb impression resizer
Create a square left thumb impression image for exam application forms that ask for a left thumb impression upload, and validate the output before you download it. Crop your scan to a 240 x 240 pixel square, then compress until the file sits inside the required range — most IBPS and SBI banking forms accept both a minimum of 20 KiB and a maximum of 50 KiB, so a file that is too small can fail the same as one that is too large. Switch to the exact IBPS or SBI preset in the selector when your notification lists official numbers.
Handwritten declaration resizer
Download a blank printable writing template — a size-accurate guide box, faint baselines, crop marks and a print scale check — handwrite your declaration on it, then scan or photograph it and resize the image here. The default 800 x 400 pixel, 50-100 KiB target is attributed to IBPS and SBI banking sources — switch to the IBPS RRB, IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, SBI PO, or SBI Clerk exam preset for the exact source-backed numbers. This tool deliberately does not type or pre-fill declaration wording for you: always copy the exact text from the current official notification.
