How many passport photos print on one sheet?

Is the Indian passport photo 2 x 2 inch?
No. Passport Seva and other Indian forms use 35 x 45 mm (3.5 x 4.5 cm), portrait, on a white background. The 2 x 2 inch (51 x 51 mm) square is the US-visa/OCI spec. This sheet prints the Indian 35 x 45 mm size.
