Notice states no pre-existing photograph is required: the Online Application Module captures a real-time photograph of the candidate, and 'in no case should the candidate capture the photograph of his/her pre-existing photograph' -- such forms are rejected summarily. No artifact is generated for this because SSC captures it live in the portal.

Candidates who decline Aadhaar-based authentication during One-Time Registration (OTR) must upload Proof of Name (Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Government ID Card, Government Service Identity Card, Pension Document -- six items), plus Proof of Date of Birth, Proof of Address, Photograph and Proof of Gender. The notice states no KB/pixel/format rule for any of these documents, so no artifact or resizer is built for them here.

CHSL 2025 cycle dates (historical reference only, not a live window): online application 23.06.2025-18.07.2025, correction window 23.07.2025-24.07.2025 (23:00), printed Tier-I schedule 08.09.2025-18.09.2025 (later superseded by an actual Tier-I of 12.11.2025-30.11.2025 per subsequent SSC updates), Tier-II tentatively February-March 2026.

Scanned signature must be JPEG/JPG, 10-20 KB. Para 9.6 (page 12) and Important Instructions item (o) (page 34) both state the image dimension should be about 6.0 cm (width) x 2.0 cm (height); Annexure-IV's sample walkthrough (page 53) instead states about 4.0 cm (width) x 2.0 cm (height) for the same rule. Height is consistent everywhere; width is not. This preset uses the 6.0 cm x 2.0 cm figure (aspect ratio 3) as the dominant operative-instruction value.

The photograph is captured live: 'the candidate is not required to have a pre-existing photograph of himself/herself... In no case should the candidate capture the photographs of his/her pre-existing photograph.' Capture happens via webcam inside the SSC application module or, if unavailable, via the official SSC Android app (QR code link at the Upload Documents step). No pre-existing photo file is ever uploaded, so SarkariDoc does not build a CHSL photo artifact.

Candidates who decline Aadhaar-based OTR authentication must instead upload Proof of Name, Proof of Date of Birth, Proof of Address, a Photograph, and Proof of Gender documents. No file format, KB range or pixel/cm dimension is stated for any of these documents anywhere in the notice, so this conditional, no-spec upload is described here rather than built as a SarkariDoc artifact.

The heading (4.5cm x 3.5cm) and body figure (200 x 230 px) imply different DPI: ~113 DPI from 200px/4.5cm vs. ~167 DPI from 230px/3.5cm -- a mismatch inside RBI's own document, not a conversion error introduced here.

Signature/handwritten declaration in CAPITAL LETTERS is explicitly not accepted, and a signature that does not match the one later given on the attendance sheet/call letter at the exam centre leads to disqualification.

This 240 x 240 px / 3cm x 3cm figure is stated explicitly only in the RBI Assistant document; RBI Grade B's own document gives only a KB range for this artifact (see verificationNotes).

Typed/digital text and blurred/miniature signatures are rejected.

Upload scope: "Candidates are not required to attach/upload any documents along with the application form. However, they must upload their recent photograph and signature on the portal as prescribed." No thumb impression, no handwritten declaration and no certificate PDF at the application stage; documents are carried in original plus self-attested photocopies later at verification, not uploaded.

Applicant uploads one English and one Hindi signature. Both must be under 20 KB, width 150-220 px, height 250-320 px.
