  • Re-verified CEN 07/2024: photo (35mm x 45mm or 320 x 240px, JPEG, min 100 DPI, 40-70 KB), signature (50mm x 20mm or 140 x 60px, JPEG, min 100 DPI, 30-70 KB) and SC/ST certificate PDF (up to 500 KB) all unchanged. Checked corrigenda 1-4 (PwBD, educational qualification, general updates, Librarian eligibility/timelines, published 2025-02-03 to 2025-02-25) -- none touch photo/signature/certificate specs. No newer isolated-categories CEN found.

    rrbbhopal.gov.in (the original cited host) is unreachable -- TCP connect times out. CEN 07/2024 is published byte-identical across RRB board sites, so the citation moved to the reachable rrbsecunderabad.gov.in mirror (same 109-page document, same page 20/21 spec section).
