How to prepare
- BPSC asks for two signatures on the OAMS profile: one English, one Hindi. Both must meet this exact size and pixel limit -- prepare one signature image to these limits and reuse it (or sign each language separately, then resize both) for the two upload slots.
- Keep the signature clear and identifiable -- BPSC rejects the whole application if a signature cannot be recognised.
- No photo upload: BPSC captures your photograph live on webcam inside the OAMS profile screen. Use a system with a good webcam, a white or light background and enough light.

About BPSC
BPSC recruitment (including the CCE) runs through the OAMS candidate profile. The profile's photo/signature step captures the photograph live on webcam and asks for two separate scanned signatures -- one English, one Hindi -- to the same size and pixel limits.
BPSC applicants whose English or Hindi signature upload is rejected on the OAMS profile for file size or pixel dimension, and applicants preparing a supporting certificate PDF for the application.

Applicant uploads one English and one Hindi signature. Both must be under 20 KB, width 150-220 px, height 250-320 px.

Generic OAMS manual repeats the identical rule for both signature slots: size under 20 KB, width between 150 and 220 pixel, height between 250 and 320 pixel. Warns an unidentifiable signature gets the application rejected.

Conflicting legacy line for the same two signature slots: '.jpg/jpeg format, maximum 15KB, dimension 220 x 100 pixel'. Not used for size/dimensions (see verificationNotes); used only to confirm the accepted format is .jpg/jpeg.
