What is the printable declaration writing template?
It is a blank guide sheet you download and print: a size-accurate box for the required 800 x 400 pixel, 4.0 x 2.0 inch declaration area, faint handwriting baselines, corner crop marks, and a 5cm scale-check bar so you can confirm your printer did not shrink the page. Print it at 100% / Actual size, handwrite your declaration inside the box, then scan or photograph it and upload it below.
Why doesn't SarkariDoc type or pre-fill the declaration text for me?
Two reasons. First, IBPS and SBI banking sources require the declaration in the candidate's own handwriting, not typed or capital letters, so a typed declaration risks rejection regardless of how the file is sized. Second, declaration wording is cycle-specific — it changes notification to notification — so any wording SarkariDoc printed today could be wrong or outdated for your actual form. The printable template gives you a correctly sized, compliant blank page instead of a guess at wording.
Does this page provide the declaration text?
No. It does not invent declaration wording, on the template or anywhere else. Always copy the exact text from the current official notification.
Can I use the IBPS official preset?
Yes. Choose IBPS RRB in the preset selector to use the source-backed photo, signature, thumb, and declaration kit, or pick your exam in the declaration kit panel to stamp its name on the template.
Should the handwritten declaration be written in capital letters?
No. IBPS and SBI banking sources say the declaration must be in the candidate's own handwriting and should not be written in capital letters. Write it in your normal running handwriting, the way you write day to day. The tool shows a checklist reminder for this next to your uploaded scan.
What ink colour should I use for the handwritten declaration?
IBPS RRB's official notification instructs candidates to write the declaration in English only, on white paper, with black ink. After you upload your scan, SarkariDoc checks the ink colour automatically and shows a non-blocking warning if it looks predominantly blue.
What DPI does the handwritten declaration need?
IBPS and SBI banking sources list the handwritten declaration at 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI, alongside the 50-100 KiB file-size range. Scan at 200 DPI, or your scanner's closest setting, before cropping and compressing.
Does my declaration image leave my device?
In the current version of this tool, no. SarkariDoc processes your declaration image and generates the writing template in your browser; the original file and the files you generate here are not uploaded.
