IBPS lists the handwritten declaration at 800 x 400 pixels, 200 DPI, 50-100 KB, as a JPG. SBI PO and SBI Clerk use the same window. A file under 50 KB is rejected the same as one over 100 KB. Yes. IBPS and SBI treat 50 KB as a minimum, not only an upper limit, so a mostly-white 800 x 400 scan that encodes under 50 KB fails the same size rule as an oversized file. This page pads the JPEG with unused comment bytes so the file sits in the middle of the 50-100 KiB window. The padding changes no pixels. It only changes the file size the portal checks.
