Sarathi rejects a photo that is not JPG, sits outside 10-20 KB, is smaller than 420 x 525 pixels, or is older than 6 months. Crop to 420 x 525 here so the file lands inside 10-20 KB, then upload that JPG.
How do I fix a missing photo or signature error on the learner's licence form?
Sarathi will not register the application unless both files are uploaded to spec. Prepare the photo at 420 x 525 pixels and the signature at 256 x 64 pixels, both 10-20 KB JPGs, then download the ZIP and upload each file in its field.
Is the photo size the same for every state RTO?
This page follows the national Sarathi PhotoSign PDF. Some state RTO screens print a different KB or pixel limit. Verify the size the portal shows; if it differs, open Advanced settings and type the width, height, min KB and max KB.
