IBPS SO (CRP SPL-XVI) recruits Specialist Officers - IT Officer, Law Officer, Rajbhasha Adhikari, HR/Personnel Officer, Marketing Officer and Agricultural Field Officer - for IBPS's participating banks. Annexure III of the detailed notification uses the same banking upload stack already shipped for IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk and IBPS RRB: photograph, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration images, plus an SSC/SSLC/10th-standard-or-equivalent certificate PDF. In addition to the uploaded photograph file, the registration portal separately requires a live photograph capture by webcam or mobile phone; SarkariDoc prepares only the uploaded photograph file, not that live-capture step.
IBPS SO CRP SPL-XVI applicants whose photo, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration or certificate PDF upload is rejected for size, crop, format or dimensions.

Online registration including Edit/Modification of Application, and payment of application fees/intimation charges, both run 01.07.2026 to 21.07.2026; Preliminary exam tentatively August 2026 and Main exam tentatively November 2026.
Photograph must be a recent passport-style colour picture on a light/white background, no caps, hats or dark glasses. Preferred dimensions 200 x 230 pixels, file size 20-50 KB. The section header itself reads 'Photograph Image: (4.5cm x 3.5cm)', which does not match the 200 x 230 px body text; the pixel spec is kept as the primary claim here (see verificationNotes).
Applicant signs on white paper with black ink pen. Preferred dimensions 140 x 60 pixels, file size 10-20 KB, not more than 20 KB. Signature must NOT be in capital letters and must match the signature given at the exam centre or the candidate is disqualified.
Left thumb impression on white paper with black or blue ink. Dimensions 240 x 240 pixels at 200 DPI (stated as 3 cm x 3 cm width x height), file size 20-50 KB. If left thumb is unavailable, official fallback order is right thumb, then other left-hand fingers from the forefinger, then other right-hand fingers, then left toe, noting which was used.
Declaration written in English, clearly, on white paper with black ink, in the candidate's own handwriting and NOT in capital letters. Dimensions 800 x 400 pixels at 200 DPI (stated as 10 cm x 5 cm width x height), file size 50-100 KB. This cycle's declaration text (page 43) reads: 'I, __________ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.'
SSC/SSLC/10th standard or equivalent certificate (and the conditional, post-specific Clause I(ix) certificate for eligible candidates) must be uploaded as one PDF, A4 page size, file size not exceeding 500 KB.
In addition to the uploaded photograph file, candidates are separately required to capture and upload a live photograph using a webcam or mobile phone during registration. This live-capture step is a portal-only action and is not prepared on this page.
CRP SPL-XVI online application portal (ibpsreg.ibps.in subdomain) confirmed live and accepting registrations for the active window as of this verification pass.
