  • Official CEN 08/2024 header table (PDF page 2): publication 22.01.2025; online registration opened 23.01.2025 00:00 Hrs.
  • Corrigendum-1 to CEN 08/2024 (dated 19.02.2025) revised the original closing date from 22.02.2025 to 01.03.2025 (23:59 Hrs), the late-fee-payment cutoff from 24.02.2025 to 03.03.2025, and the modification/correction window from 25.02.2025-06.03.2025 to 04.03.2025-13.03.2025. This preset uses the corrigendum's revised dates, not the dates originally printed in the CEN header table.
  • As of 2026-07-10, RRB Secunderabad's own CEN 08/2024 notice archive shows the process at the post-CBT Physical Efficiency Test (PET) shortlist stage (a PET-shortlist PDF dated July 2026 is the latest posted item). This page is a source-backed, closed-window upload-rule reference, not an active application page.
  • A separate DV-stage photo/signature re-upload step is referenced in the CEN (PDF page 30, section 18(b)) via the portal oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv; that portal's own size/dimension rules were not located or verified in this pass and should not be assumed to match the application-stage numbers below.

  • Corrigendum-1 to CEN 08/2024 (dated 19.02.2025) revises the closing date for online submission to 01.03.2025 (23:59 Hrs) and the modification window to 04.03.2025-13.03.2025. Full-text checked: it contains no changes to the photograph, signature or SC/ST certificate specifications.
  • This PDF, dated July 2026 and the latest item in RRB Secunderabad's CEN 08/2024 notice archive, confirms the process is at the post-CBT PET-shortlist stage as of verification, well past the application stage.

About this exam

RRB Group D (Level-1) CEN 08/2024 recruits for various Level-1 posts across Indian Railways. Online applications ran from 23 January 2025 to 1 March 2025 (extended by Corrigendum-1), and as of 2026-07-10 the process is at the post-CBT Physical Efficiency Test (PET) shortlist stage, per RRB Secunderabad's own CEN 08/2024 notice archive. The CEN's 'ONLINE Mandatory Scanned Documents' block requires a photograph and a signature upload, plus an optional SC/ST community certificate PDF for candidates requesting a free rail-travel pass and a scribe's photograph for PwBD candidates who use a scribe. SarkariDoc prepares only these upload files. It does not and cannot prepare the Left Thumb Impression and self-declaration paragraph handwritten live at the CBT venue in front of an invigilator, or the live signature and facial-feature matching performed at CBT, PET, Document Verification and Medical stages - those are on-site, live-capture events, not file uploads.

RRB Group D (Level-1) CEN 08/2024 candidates - including those now at the PET-shortlist stage - who need the photograph, signature or SC/ST certificate file to match the official CEN's scanned-document rules, and PwBD candidates who need to prepare a scribe's photograph on the same rules as the candidate photo.
